Yard Light

The Applehead subdivision land is subject to the Declarations of Reservations on file in Llano Country which address the posting of home addresses and yard light requirements. 

 

Yard lights on approved light posts are required and shall be installed and maintained in good physical condition and shall burn all night. To preserve and maintain the nighttime dark sky designation given to the city of Horseshoe Bay (HSB), the HSB Architectural Committee has pre-approved designs for required decorative yard lights. 

 

Each dwelling unit shall be identified by placing house numbers on the approved light posts which shall be referred to as your 911 house number. Do not display your lot number.

 

Historically, there was only one approved design, but in December of 2021, the Applehead Architectural Committee made amendments and approved a few additional designs. The published document can be accessed from the link below.
